Description

A training that looks at inclusion through a current, intersectional lens. Over the week you will get familiar with the core concepts of inclusion, identity and intersectionality, explore power dynamics and structural violence, and turn that understanding into hopeful, practical futures for your youth work – learning by doing and playing with participatory, creative, non-formal methods. It is a week of simple communal living: meals are shared and vegan, and cooking and cleaning are done together. The house is wheelchair-friendly and individual access needs will be accommodated as far as possible. Open to anyone aged 18+ (no upper age limit). Fully free – participation and travel are covered. Deadline: as soon as possible.
