Description
A training course for youth workers, facilitators, organisers and team leaders who want to become more confident and creative facilitators: the facilitator's role in participation and learning, practical competences (active listening, questioning, communication, group decision-making), recognising and responding to group dynamics, conflicts and resistance, and designing participant-centred learning activities. The venue is an ecological station in Wielkopolska National Park. Working language: English. Open to people aged 18+. Accommodation, food and travel costs are covered according to the guidelines. Deadline: as soon as possible.
