Description
A youth exchange using dance and movement as a way to work with stress, emotions and self-confidence. The programme includes dance workshops, mindfulness activities (including yoga and breathing techniques) and activities to get to know ourselves and others better. 45 participants (9 per country); 16 and 25 October are travel days. Age: 22–30 according to the infopack. All costs – travel, accommodation and food – are covered. Host: Fenomen Foundation.
