Connect to Grow is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange in Jezioro Głębokie, Poland from 15 to 23 November 2026 for young people aged 18–30 from Poland, Portugal, Italy, Romania and Slovakia. Accommodation and meals are covered and travel costs are reimbursed. There is no fixed deadline; apply as soon as possible.

Description
A sport-based youth exchange by Lake Głębokie in western Poland that uses korfball, a mixed-gender team sport, to tackle stereotypes and promote gender equality. Participants build teamwork and intercultural skills through games, workshops and a public exhibition match.
